500ml Fresh cream
1 Chocolate Cream
In a large bowl, using a hand-held electric mixer, whisk the fresh cream. Make sure not to over-beat, the cream will then become lumpy and butter-like.
In another large bowl, put the milk, the chocolate powder cream and a little bit of sugar. I used only 3 spoons of sugar as I didn’t want it to be too sweet. You can also use any type of powder cream. I used this one because it was the only one that I had at home.
Using again a hand-held electric mixer, mix everything on low speed for 2-3 minutes, and then increase the speed until the cream has a hard texture.
Leave aside the creams. Take the biscuits and another bowl in which you will make the cake now. I used a casserole.
Take two biscuits at each time. Cover a side of the first one with the chocolate cream and place the other biscuit on the top of the cream. In the end will looks like in the picture below.
Place the biscuits which are now filled with chocolate cream in the casserole so you will cover it all. Or as much as it’s possible.
Next, cover it all with fresh cream.
Again, fill biscuits with chocolate cream and place it on top of the fresh cream. Then cover the biscuits, this time with chocolate cream.
Fill biscuits with chocolate cream for the last time and place it on top of the chocolate cream. Crumble some biscuits and fill the open spaces with the small pieces.
Now, cover everything with fresh cream again.
Because is winter and I didn’t see snow this year, I said that will be funny to snow with some chocolate powder. Haha
I regret that I didn’t have a more clear casserole so you could have seen better the final result.
